The last two years have been a journey of lost business, uncertainty, overwhelm, pivots, and recovery. All of this has been complicated by:

Profit Potential Assessment

What exactly is your potential profit? It is your ability to generate a realistic and sustainable profit. From a Catalyst perspective, this is 10% or more of top-line revenue AFTER owner’s compensation.

The Profit Potential Assessment was created to help you visualize a better path to profitability for your organization.  It was offered to a limited group of 25 companies in December 2021.

Users estimated the Profit Improvement Impact between 0% - 10%  for 10 of 42 Profit Levers in their business.

Because we use compound leverage, very conservative changes multiply the profitability with minimal effort.

With only a 3% improvement in each area, the compound result was a doubling (2x) of top line revenue, and a quadrupling (4x) of Net Profit. A secondary calculation showed improvements to Cash Flow of up to 900% (9x). Every company was different and this was the group average.

Catalyst Tier Group Coaching

Every business owner in 2022 is facing uncertainty and lack of time.  Many of the weaker competitors have already closed or gone out of business.


This has resulted in a crush of new business for surviving companies. But profitability is unclear because of all of the previously mentioned factors.

 

The Catalyst Tiered Group Coaching Program was created to assist business in accelerating their full potential results in the shortest time possible. 

 

It is designed around the battle hardened and proven Catalyst One-on-One Coaching Model and includes robust accountability in a trusted cohort of noncompetitive companies.

Each group will consist of 6-10 members. Each group will operate on a three month commitment. There are 3 different levels of engagement.

Entry-Tier Group  (Catalyst ETG)

is for businesses below $1MM in annual revenue. It will meet once a month and have one accountability meeting per month.

Call To Action

Mid-Tier Group  (Catalyst MTG)

is aimed at companies of $1MM - $4MM in revenue. They will meet twice a month and have two accountability sessions per month.

Call To Action

Top-Tier Group  (Catalyst TTG)

is for companies $4MM- $10MM in revenue.  This group will have scheduled meetings weekly with open office hours to accommodate larger teams.

The March 2022 enrollment will include one group of Entry-Tier and one group of Mid-Tier. 

 

It will only be open of current and alumni Catalyst Accelerator clients. The first cohorts will launch March 15th  and run until June 30 , 2022.  They automatically renew unless you notify us you would like to withdraw by May 31, 2022.
